Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchase
Failure to read product description properly
Product not meeting personal expectations
Downloaded or accessed digital content
Incompatibility with user’s device or software
Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment for the same product
Technical issue from our side that prevents access to the product
Corrupted or incorrect file delivered and we are unable to fix it
In such cases, we may first attempt to resolve the issue or re-provide access before issuing any refund.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
Requests made after this period will not be considered
